Jessica takes the side of high-end culinary and domestic diva-hood. She takes the side of punk rock music and Aubrey Hepburn-esque halter dresses.
She takes the side of using public relations for social good. She takes the side of volunteering and living your passion. She takes the side of being socially responsible and taking the time to help others. In that aspect, she takes after her parents.
Jessica has a myriad of different writing talents that has served her career in Marketing and Advertising. From event planning to writing press releases, there is no aspect of public relations that Jessica won’t dig her high heels into.
Professional Précis
As Worldways Social Marketing’s public relations associate, Jessica utilizes her many talents to create and implement internal promotional plans for Worldways and our clients.
Prior to joining Worldways, Jessica began her advertising career as an intern at Miller Meester Advertising in Minneapolis. After a few months, she was hired on and thrown into a public relations role. At Miller Meester, Jessica honed her skills as a technical writer, reactive and proactive public relations. After Miller Meester, she went on to freelance as a copywriter for various companies in the Minneapolis area.
Eventually, Jessica found herself working in public relations again at Fat Frog Marketing where she helped with account management, copywriting and event planning. Before she left Minneapolis, Jessica worked for Priority Publications as an internal marketer and public relations executive.
Jessica was a recipient of a bronze Healthcare Advertising Award and gold Aster Award in 2008. She earned a degree in Journalism with a concentration in copywriting from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities. Jessica joined Worldways in 2009.
