The City of Thornton, Colorado has officially announced the start of it’s Water Efficiency Campaign, which is being created and implemented by Worldways Social Marketing. Here’s an excerpt:
The City of Thornton’s Water Resources Division is launching an exciting campaign to engage and involve the residents of Thornton in voluntarily saving precious water resources. Thornton residents can get involved by “taking the pledge” to be water saving champions by saving 10 gallons of water each day.
The campaign will debut at the Water Resources tent at Thorntonfest on May 19. The initial focus of the campaign will be on outdoor water conservation but will transition throughout the year to include indoor water conservation.
